This partner's approach and services

How we provide curriculum-aligned PL

Workshops

Content-specific whole-group experiences that tackle theoretical and research-based knowledge building while allowing time planning and practice with application so the learning leads to real change. Workshops are rooted in context and student needs, invite participants to take ownership of their learning, and cover clear expectations for showing evidence of mastery.

Coaching

Coaching with teachers or leaders can take the form of practicing instructional strategies and getting feedback, planning with leaders to deliver high quality PL for their teachers, observing classrooms and debriefing, or reflecting on evidence like student work to reveal progress and changes needed in teacher practice.

PLCs

Leading Educators designs and facilitates problem solving communities for instructional leaders like coaches or principals to share best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and get feedback from those in similar roles.

Consultations

Strategic advising at the systems level can include curriculum implementation and equity reviews with recommendations, the creation of an instructional vision, curriculum adoption and implementation plan, and the co-design of an evaluation strategy for curriculum-based professional learning.
