Workshops
We work with clients to provide customized workshops that take into account features to set the stage for ongoing learning. We center the expertise of educators, ground learning in common experiences, and provide space for educators to examine and challenge their beliefs, grow expertise, and consider implications for their practice.
Coaching
To support the professional growth of our clients we help co-develop a vision for high-quality science instruction. Clients identify areas of growth and we help support the enactment of a plan to work towards and meet science-specific goals. Our coaching helps to develop client capacity and efficacy.
PLCs
To work toward a client s vision for science instruction we help with the design and implementation of professional learning for their organization. The structures such as lesson study or the formation of PLCs intentionally support the development of a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and practitioner reflection.
Consultations
We provide technical assistance throughout the entirety of the client s professional learning journey. We are there to celebrate successes, to offer support with problems of practice, and connect them with professional networks to sustain the client s growth.
