Who we are

Instruction Partners is a nonprofit that works shoulder to shoulder with educators to support great teaching and accelerate student learning. We focus on small systems, both districts and charters, and we work to ensure equitable access to great instruction for students in poverty, students of color, students learning English, and students with disabilities.

How we provide curriculum-aligned PL

Coaching

Support is tied to the action plan we co-develop with partners and directly tied to their instructional goals. Examples include: Developing a clear vision of what effective instruction looks like that serves all students Determine structures/roles for teacher support Build knowledge of instruction and HQIM Progress monitoring

PLCs

Instruction Partners recently released our Professional Learning Conditions and Practices, which helps systems anchor to a vision for effective professional learning and provides tools and resources that support achieving that vision. We use these processes and tools in our own work with systems to help strengthen their collaborative structures/PLCs.

Consultations
