Workshops
Led by expert former educators, our live professional learning sessions offer sustained, classroom-focused development to build educators practical knowledge of program components, their deep understanding of instructional practices, and their understanding of how to balance grade-level instruction with acceleration. These sessions can be delivered on site or virtually.
Coaching
Leaders are essential components of strong implementations and coaching them is an integral part of our professional learning. We work with them to support the essential tactics of implementation and develop their capacity to balance operational and instructional leadership a key element of change management for successful HQIM implementation.
PLCs
Our professional learning is designed to fit into existing structures within districts. Our series of Collaborative Learning Extensions (CLEs) guide educators in exploring key implementation and instruction topics in professional learning communities (PLCs), grade-level team meetings, or other collaborative settings. CLEs can be led or co-led by a CA consultant.
Consultations
Our i-Ready Partners service teams provide structured guidance to districts on implementation best practices and lead them through the process of determining success conditions, whether they are new or experienced users of our programs. Our ongoing collaboration ensures that curriculum adoption is an iterative process versus a one-and-done activity.
