Workshops
Workshops are leveraged to deepen collective knowledge for system and school leaders and classroom educators and establish a unified vision of the practices that lead to equitable learning experiences for students. Workshops are also leveraged to support collaborative decision-making related to the evaluation and adoption of new instructional materials.
Coaching
Coaching is leveraged to work alongside partners to provide more differentiated and tailored support toward their goals. Additionally, coaching provides opportunities to co-plan and provide feedback on workshops and collaborative structures in pursuit of these goals.
PLCs
Collaborative structures/PLCs are leveraged to support teams in common planning, data-driven instructional decision-making, and deeper cycles of inquiry and reflection. These structures support participants in connecting newly implemented practices to their impact on student learning and determining ongoing supports to meet students learning needs.
Consultations
Consultation is leveraged to provide thought partnership and expertise to partners in service of their goals. This may include consultation to support the refinement of structures and systems that support the outcomes of the professional learning service, as well as equitable outcomes more broadly.
