Our professional courses help educators create student-centered classrooms. We will provide an actionable experience for teachers focusing include 4 components:

Coaching
Coaching uses instructional interventions to differentiate and meet the needs and capacity of the participants. We use a three-step process:

Consultations
Consultation is focused on building collaboration and accountability within the instructional leadership team. We guide leadership teams in defining roles, processes, and protocols. We collaborate to draft instructional goals and develop a long-range plan. Consultation is a continued Instructional Leader Collab (ILC) following the STEAM PowerED five-step process.
