Who we are

The North Mississippi Education Consortium (NMEC) has provided quality training and educational services to Mississippi educators for over 25 years. We are uniquely situated to support Mississippi districts and surrounding areas in their quests to develop a plan of action around the adoption of high-quality instructional materials. We strive to empower educational leaders to bring the right members to the table and to equip educators to make the best instructional choices possible for their students.

  • Beyond the initial 2 to 3 workshop days laying the foundation for adoption, NMEC provides ongoing coaching to help facilitate adoption meetings until full capacity is built within the district or school.
