Kids First provides full and half-day coaching sessions with teachers and leaders — including coaching, training, co-teaching, and modeling — in launching and effectively implementing high-quality instructional materials. Sessions are designed to meet the specific needs of each school and district and offer real-time feedback for more effective implementation of curricula and research-based strategies.

Kids First provides the following short-term PL services: (1) Single-day workshop for a specific audience on a specific topic; (2) Single-day repeated workshop or training with other audiences on the same topic; and (3) Single-day coaching sessions with school and/or district leaders, groups of teachers on a specific topic.
